About Me

A Tasmanian-based self-taught artist preparing a portfolio for university with 10+ years experience of mixed media art.
I specialise in portraits with specific experience in drawing fan art.
Other than art I enjoy writing, sewing, music, and costuming, I have experience in theatre costuming and performing arts.
I live at home with my many cats and I spend my free time drawing fanart for my many fandoms, and watching far too much youtube.

Pricing

Generally Commission prices are based on specific styles and detail, however my art doesn't work well for that system, so instead I price by the hour.Far more examples and times are available in the Gallery, this will be a brief look at my art.

Pricing is by the hour
$20/hour
eg. 1 hour = $20
4 hours = $80
12 hours = $240
etc

Time is estimated after a free consultation, price shall be paid half upon agreement and half upon completion.if I overestimate time by <2 hours I will not add that to the final price, if I overestimate by 2< hours and this mistake makes the price go over your budget, I will give a discount on account of it being my mistake.If price is underestimated you will be charged by real amount of time spent, not estimate.

Commissions

Q: how do you accept payments?
A: If you are within Australia direct transfer is preferred, for international work I accept Ko-fi, which is available in my contact section.
Q: How long will it take for you to finish my project?
A: This depends entirely on how many commissions I have, I will let you know a specific estimate during our consultation, but assume generally under a month
Q: Why is your art SO expensive?
A: I am charging below minimum wage, if my art is too expensive for you I can help you work something out within your budget, or I take requests on Ko-fi which can be as low as $5
Q: I have a specific budget but can't work out what to get
A: I do free consultations where I can help you work out what's best for you

BY PURCHASING ANY ARTWORK YOU ARE STATING
THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS.I MAINTAIN THE RIGHT TO CANCEL ANY COMMISSION WITHOUT REFUND IN THE CASE OF A VIOLATION TO MY TOSUNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES MAY MY ARTWORK BE USED FOR NFTS

Payments

Half of the estimated price will be paid before I begin commission and the rest once the commission is completed.Payment must be made in AUD, please convert before paying.Payment must be made via my Ko-fi commissions page (International) or direct bank transfer (Australia) I currently do not accept Paypal

Refunds

Refunds will only be available if:
I am unable to complete your commission for any given reason, orI have not yet begun your commission and two months or more have passed since you have paid for your commission, unless we have discussed prior to payment that there would be a wait. (subject to change based on size)with the exception of the above conditions refunds are not available after I have begun the artwork

By paying for the commission, you automatically accept that you are paying for a digital product/service, so it’s impossible to get a physical item. You also agree to give up any attempts of chargeback.You are also confirming that you are the owner of this account and money, or have permission to use it fully. Any attempts of chargeback will be considered bad faith by the buyer and will result in automatic loss of character rights/art made.The seller will also have full rights to resell the character design/ recycle the art made if chargeback is made.

I reserve the right to refuse any commission without justificationI do NOT accept underage persons commissioning me for MATURE (18+) art. I reserve the right to refuse said commissions if I know that the customer is under 18. Purchasing any MATURE type of art from me confirms you are at least 18, and you accept any legal responsibility if you are not.If I am unsure at any point during the process I will ask for age verification

Copyright

I hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.Therefore I'm allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to;
Promote myself with it in any place or site.
To display it anywhere to my liking.
Post it wherever I want.
Unless exclusive rights are purchased I retain all rights to use and monetize my art in any way I choose. This includes the sale of prints, online sales, marketing, published materials, or any other merchandise.You are allowed to;
Use your commissioned artwork for personal use, but cannot claim that you are the one who made it.
Share on any social media with credits to me, for personal use(s) only unless otherwise discussed.
Crop artwork for icons, banners, badges, posters, etc
Print and display my artworkYou may not:
Reproduce/use the copyrighted artwork commercially.
Claim artwork as your own.
Edit the artwork in any way without the artists permission.
Use artwork for NFTs in any capacity.
Feed art to AI engines.
Remove watermarks/signatures.I own all rights to the artwork I have created along with the rights to post my artwork where I deem necessary to promote myself or my art.
If the commissioner chooses to keep this commission private, they must mention it during the process of ordering a commission.
